Overview
Sublimo Property Advisory is a complete property management and advisory solution built on Odoo 19. It provides estate agents and property advisors with tools to manage client portfolios, track property valuations, handle documentation workflows, and publish listings to a public-facing website.
The Challenge
The client's advisory team was juggling multiple disconnected tools — CRM, document storage, listing portals, and valuation spreadsheets. They needed a single unified platform that could handle the full advisory lifecycle from initial client consultation through to completion.
Our Solution
We built a tightly integrated Odoo module that connects the advisory workflow end-to-end. Advisors manage clients and their property portfolios from a centralised dashboard. Each property record carries its complete history — valuations, viewings, offers, and all associated documents. The public website automatically publishes approved listings with search and filter capabilities.
